with Dr. Uwe Steinmetz (saxophonist, composer, author) from Berlin.
The talk and group discussion will be held in English. If possible, there will be a recording.
Thematically, it will be about the spiritual roots of jazz and the ramifications of spirituality and jazz. Uwe Steinmetz received his PhD in 2021 on the topic of “Worship in Jazz and Jazz in Worship” and is an expert in this field. We look forward to being stimulated in conversation by his input.
